Grace Ward is a screenwriter and playwright with a passion for the political side of the arts.

Grace Ward is a playwright, screenwriter, librettist and essayist born and based in the Boise area. She is a rising senior at Boise State University studying Theatre Arts and Political Communications. She is a graduate of the National Theatre Institute class of Spring 2020. Her current projects include BL!NK, so you wanna start a cult?, a short film called Closers and a feature film called Click Track. She is a Covid Cultural Commission Fund grand recipient, a former Studio Artist in Residence at Surel's Place, and her writing has been featured at Storyfort and Connective Theatre Co.'s Play(s) at Home series. Grace centers her work around small town Idaho, gender based violence, and small scale revolutions that are a big deal.
