Jordan Rosin

Jordan Rosin (they/he/she) is a director/choreographer, actor/creator, and researcher/teacher, specializing in applied & ensemble-devised physical theatres. Co-founder and co-artistic director of the New York City-based physical theatre ensemble, The Ume Group and frequent collaborator with the butoh/physical theatre company 連翹奏 Ren Gyo Soh, Jordan’s select past projects include the internationally award-winning Butoh Medea, as well as Butoh Electra, Isis Variations, and Facet. They hold a BFA in Drama from Syracuse University and MFA in Ensemble-Based Physical Theatre from Dell’Arte International and have served on the performance faculty at Virginia Tech, Northwest School of the Arts, and Dell’Arte International. www.jordanrosin.net / @jordanrosin
