Justin Tyler Lewis is a professional actor and full-time member of Barter Theatre’s resident acting company in Abingdon, VA. He holds a BA in Theatre Arts from Catawba College in Salisbury, NC. After serving in the resident acting company of Charleston Stage Company in Charleston, SC, he joined the Barter Theatre in 2010 as a member of their post-graduate training program and apprentice company - the Barter Players. He has performed in a number of traditional roles ranging from Freddy in My Fair Lady to Young Ralphie in A Christmas Story among many others, performed in the US premiere of Robin Hawdon’s I Do, I Do, I Do, and originated a number of roles in plays developed by the Barter Theatre including Leo in The Wind Farmer, Buck in The Call of the Wild, and Lamar inWalking Across Egypt.
