Paula Acevedo
Paula Acevedo, from Guatemala. She is director of physical theater, writer of multidisciplinary works, creator and researcher of techniques and theatrical languages based on roots.
She has directed around 13 stagings of her authorship, is graduated in Acting in the National School of Theater Arts in Mexico specifically in physical theater and theater anthropology. She has taught and researched about the theater since she was 15 years old in different indigenous communities in Guatemala and Mexico in search of new languages for theater from the roots.
