Richard Toscan is a producer, arts administrator, and author of Playwriting Seminars 2.0, a widely used handbook in the field since 1995. His plays have been produced in Los Angeles and in other formats at New Dramatists and other theatres around the country, and his radio dramas have been broadcast throughout the world by the BBC (Radio One and World Service), CBC, ABC (Australia), and NPR. His work is credited by NPR with a 40% increase in the audience for public radio in America.
