Theatres committed to anti-racism and anti-oppression are re-examining a lot of established practices in season planning, hiring, and more. But what does anti-racism look like when applied to the theatre’s core activity — producing plays? In this panel, a cohort of theatre professionals discusses the many ways they’re embracing a values-centric approach to putting on a show, from first rehearsal all the way to closing night.
