Marcie Roth, former Directory of FEMA’s Office of Disability Integration and Coordination, will discuss the importance of creating emergency plans that both satisfy your legal obligations and truly serve people with disabilities and other functional needs. Join us for a presentation on how universally designed emergency planning benefits all, and learn how this kind of emergency planning will serve everyone, regardless of their functional needs. This session is an introductory session that will interest decision makers, access specialists and others in your organization who focus on safety.
