The Philadelphia Theatre Company presented a conversation on "Creating the New American Musical" featuring Charles Busch, Abigail Poegrebin, Gordon Greenberg, and facilitated by Warren Hoffman livestreamed on the global, commons-based peer-produced HowlRound TV network at howlround.tv Thursday 8 March 2012 at 6:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. EST.

This conversation is part of Philadelphia Theatre Company's PTC@Play Festival, which also features a new musical, Stars of David, adapted by Charles Busch from a book of interviews by Abigail Pogrebin. The show journeys through the many facets of the Jewish identity through appearances and accounts by notable Jewish public figures.
