Information Session on the New England Foundation for the Arts (NEFA) National Theater Project Creation and Touring Grant Application

New England Foundation for the Arts (NEFA) presented an Information Session on NEFA's National Theater Project Creation and Touring Grant Application livestreaming on the global, commons-based, peer-produced HowlRound TV network on Thursday 3 August 2023 at 12 p.m. PDT (San Francisco, UTC -7) / 2 p.m. CDT (Chicago, UTC -5) / 3 p.m. EDT (New York, UTC -4).

For the first time in its more than ten-year history, NEFA's National Theater Project (NTP) moved its flagship Creation and Touring Grant application to a summer cycle. This information session with NTP staff broke down what the National Theater Project is; reviewed the criteria and eligibility requirements for the Creation and Touring Grant; explained changes to the timeline, criteria, and process that have arisen from NTP's ten-year evaluation process; and discussed what makes for a competitive application.

This livestream also covered the question and answer portion with NTP staff that concludes the webinar.
