Oana Hodade lives and works in Cluj, Romania. With a formal education in performing arts, Oana gradually expanded her interest in performativity, soundscape, image, text, and illustration. She explores fragility, sensuality and personal space, creating works that focus on rendering experiences and sensations. Her work also has a pragmatic dimension; she works alongside independent structures in the production and promotion of contemporary art and publishes books. Since 2019 she is a local producer for HowlRound TV.
