The high stakes of Valentine’s Day get squashed.
Next to Christmas, Valentine’s Day is one of the more complicated holidays we collectively deal with. With the expectations put upon us, we may feel open or indifferent to love, Scrooge-like with our disdain or avoidant and calculated with our animal desire. We’re going to look at why this holiday is so charged and see if letting go is even possible.
