Amelia Parenteau

Amelia Parenteau is a freelance playwright, cultural journalist, and translator. An alumna of Sarah Lawrence College, she has worked with TCG, Ping Chong + Company, The Lark, The Civilians, The Park Avenue Armory, and the French Institute Alliance Française in New York, and the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center in Connecticut. Productions: America is Hard to See, Life Jacket Theatre Company (2018, HERE); (Projection) (2017, Dixon Place); Liminal (2015, New York International Fringe Festival). She is a member of the FENCE International Translation Network, and she has been published online in Asymptote Literary MagazineContemporary Theatre Review, Culturebot, and Extended Play and in print in American Theatre Magazine.
